研究了体育产业集群生态重构推进新质生产力涌现的逻辑与路径，包括理论内涵、显现特征、内在机理等方面，为体育产业高质量发展提供理论支持。

Promoting the high-quality development of China’ s sports industry with new quality productive forces has emerged as a new highlight in national economic development and a crucial force driving the transformation and upgrading of economic structures. The research into promoting productivity transformation through the ecological reconstruction of sports industrial clusters under the constraints of core technologies has great theoretical value for realizing the breakthrough innovation. This study uses methods of literature review and logic analysis to explore the characteristics， logic， dilemmas， paths of ecological reconstruction in promoting the emergence of new quality productive forces. The research shows that we should improve a circular mechanism for ecological reconstruction in sports industry clusters based on technological change， market-driven forces， production system adjustments， and national innovation and governance system leadership， and construct an ideal cluster model comprised of the ecosystem of element co-creation， technology-sharing， new infrastructure co-construction， and collaboration between industry and education. This will drive the emergence of the characteristics of new quality productive force such as innovative distribution of production factors， groundbreaking technological advancements， profound industrial transformations， and substantial increase in overall productivity. And it is proposed to promote the emergence of new quality productive forces by reconstructing the co-creation system of knowledge elements， the sharing system of technical innovation tools， the co-construction system of industrial new infrastructure， and the collaborative symbiosis system of industry and education.
